The PMM is a complete productivity system that helps you breakdown your BIG annual goals into smaller goals and even smaller action steps. These action steps are what I call “Impactful Priorities”. But that’s not all! I go even deeper to help you manage your time before and throughout the day by setting up morning and evening routines and our patented “Mindset Sessions” technique. I based our Mindset Sessions technique on the same theory as the Pomodoro techniques of how much time to spend on tasks and when to rest. That’s where the similarities ends. The Mindset Sessions are timed differently, and are in a specific order to allow for longer and deeper focus times.
